We are looking for a motivated individual to join our crew. 

• Work 3-4 days per week, based around your schedule and availability. 

• No insulation experience required (construction or insulation experience desired)

• Competitive pay $17-$20 per hour depending up experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installing blown in fiberglass insulation in attics

• Run insulation blower on truck by loading bags of insulation and following team lead instructions on radio

• Install fiberglass batt insulation in new construction, walls, ceilings, and crawlspaces

• Provide other miscellaneous services to facilitate the installation of insulation

• Ability to load truck at warehouse

• Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws

• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality service delivery

• Uphold professionalism in customer interactions and on-site work

• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

• Contribute to creating a positive work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED - required

• Prior experience installing fiberglass (batt & blown) insulation - desired

• Previous experience in home services is valued but not mandatory

• Drivers license

• Willing to submit to background check

• Strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical:

• Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.

• Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
